Recently had a car serviced here & they left the transmission stick off & when I called to let management know he had an “I could careless attitude” about it. I don’t appreciate customer service like that that’s why I’ll go else where from now on
RecommendedMy wife and I are from Windsor, NC. We had been to Duke Hospital for a procedure and purchased a pallet of mulch from Lowes in Rocky Mount on the way home. Our tires needed air, and the air machine in from of the Citgo woud not pump air. We pulled to the Express Lube and I explained the situation to the gentleman who worked there. He pumped up our tires for us, was very friendly, and there was no charge. It is nice to find such fine people!!! Thanks. Pat and Frank Taylor, Windsor, NC

I have a $5 off coupon that came mail. I got a basic oil change, courtsey vacuum and car wash, and they had me out of here under 30 minutes. No hassle, upsale, quota or gimmicks. I have been coming here for years. So I am sticking with what I know. Citgo �
Came here for inspection and oil change. After oil change they had let in everyone else so I'm still here after an hour
People getting air for free is more important than paying customers
I got my oil changed there on 10 / 31 . The tech left the radiator cap off and flooded the engine. I had to contact their insurance company because the manager Brent Williams didn't. Three weeks later my car is in the shop still. The insurance company won't reimburse the cost of the oil change that destroyed my car and Brent said he wouldn't because " we gave you back the car with oil in it and you driving the car with the lights on didn't help '
