THIS MUST BE THE SLOWEST EXPRESS LUBE IN THE CITY OF SAN ANTONIO!! EVERYONE IS ALL LA-TI-DA, NONCHALANT, CARS BACKED UP...WE HAVE BEEN WAITING OVER 30 MIN SO FAR JUST FOR AN OIL CHANGE! THE WAITING ROOM IS PACKED, AND THE OVERFLOW OF CUSTOMERS ARE "MELTING"OUTSIDE THE BAYS! THEY ARE DOING AUTO REPAIR IN ALL 3 BAYS!! WHERE THE HECK IS ORGANIZED MANAGEMENT?! NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
