This was the easiest experience I’ve ever had giving blood- Megan is a gem, she’s warm, patience, and kind. As someone who’s scared of needles she made me feel so comfortable- the whole process was definitely the best you could ask for.
Had a 1:10 appointment and had to sit and wait for a long time. This hospital is disorganized and not professional at all.
Barton lab center is nothing but disappointment. The office employees are rude and not caring for patience at all, and they feel comfortable talking back in disrespectful way to its patience. I arrived on a Saturday with my 5 year old son, fasting, who needed to get blood work done. I ensured prior to going there by visiting Barton's website that it showed that lab was taking walk-in patience, so I planned on going there that day as Mon-Fri, I'm extremely busy and my son is going to school. They are much better at drawing blood than the technicians at the Barton Hospital.
