I have been attempting to pick up my repaired gold chain for what will be a week tomorrow. Update: Finally talked to Mike the owner and received my necklace. It was personally delivered and I was not charged for the repair or delivery. I appreciate him calling to make things right. The repair looks great.

I have been attempting to pick up my repaired gold chain for what will be a week tomorrow. I have called the number I received a call from. I have sent multiple text messages and I have driven there many times. They are never open according to the hours they have listed and the “call Mike for assistance” phone number left on the door is useless. I brought in a pair of eyeglasses, that a had a jeweled piece that had fallen off. These were Christian Dior (discontinued) eyewear. I was frantic to find a jewelry repair to help, until I came across express Jewelry Repair. This was an enormous job for Casey to search the country looking for a piece that would fit and would work. I have dealt with Zales for Jewelry repair before. The ring that I took them was repaired 4 times by Zales and always took a couple months to repair. They repair it in 10 days and did a great job

I went to Express Jewelry Repair at their new location nextdoor to Rail Car near Blondo and 144th. I had a new 3 year battery installed in my watch. Julie did an awesome job and she was complete in less than 10 minutes! An excellent price also. My history with them goes back to their days at Oak View Mall and I highly recommend them.
