When was a little dirty the service was great, there was a 4-in vertical stripe down the TV. There was no security lock on the door and the bathroom door was locked open so you couldn't close the bathroom door or you won't get locked in and not be able to get out it would not come unlocked. There was no swimming pool and no continental breakfast as advertised.
Great customer service , and team player after she working over double time and still have professional skill set to deal with multiple rude customers , Rucha deserves a raise, A+ Rating for customer service
DO NOT STAY HERE EVER .. IT SHOULD BE CONDEMNED. OLD CONDOMS WAS IN THE BED..BUGS EVERYWHERE ..TOTAL FILTH. BOOKED ONLINE ..WAS OFFERED ANOTHER ROOM THAT WAS NASTIER THAN THE FIRST ..CHECKED OUT IMMEDIATELY..DIDNT STAY MORE THAN 15 MINUTES ..THEY DID NOT GIVE ME THE $140.00 I WAS CHARGED .. WORSE EXCUSE FOR A HOTEL IVE EVER SEEN..
