Be smart and use another clinic in town unless all one requires is a band-aid and a little Neosporin. The Nurse Practitioner is also not a pleasant person who has no scruples except to guard policy over a person's health. I ended up going to the ER instead. I just hope that I do not get Covid because of a mere policy.
RecommendedWent in today with trigger thumb due to VA being super busy. Amanda was amazing. Went above and beyond. Would highly recommend and will definitely go back if needed.
No wonder why ERs are busy. Have a chronic condition only needing a steroid shot could even verify with my primary doctor and still wouldn't see me?! This place is useless. I have insurance and money to pay whatever needed to be paid that day.
