I refinanced my house with Brad several times. He was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in making the process very simple. Brad and his staff were always available via emails, phones to answer any questions. He is a very honest person. In addition, Express Funding rates were as low as I could find on the internet with zero points and very little fees. I strongly recommend him.

I recommend Express Funding Mortgage for three reasons: 1. They have the best rates. I have talked to big banks to get their rates, did my first mortgage with a middle size shop, and then with Express Funding. Express Funding has the best rates, by far. For my refi, the rates just didn't compare. People I have recommended Express Funding to, say the same. I wish I would have known of them sooner. 2. I wanted to write this review to let everyone know that refinancing or getting a loan is not as scarey as it is pictured to be. Dealing with the professional staff at Express Funding made the experience not only a breeze but also fun. I did a refinance for my house with my brother and they handled the process reallty good, they made us feel like family and they did not break a deal for a couple of dollars difference.
