Very friendly staff, beautiful place and they have dry Sauna (infrared)!!
Had a great time dancing with the ladies that came to class - even if I was just covering that night . Great place to workout nice air conditioning.

I needed a change and this was it! Day 2 and I am canceling my Cal Fit membership and coming here. Circuit training, strength training and classes and plenty of aerobic machines!
