I have been out of commission and miserable for the last 3 days. With all the COVID crap, I didn't want to step foot into an ER or Urgent Care. Today. I couldnt handle it anymore so I went to Express to be seen. I had a minimal wait time, in my car with a pager, until a room opened up. Everyone I came in contact with there was SO nice and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. I used the virtual appointment. The nurse practitioner was very helpful. I was able to get my pain meds refilled. I will definitely use them again!
I highly recommend their virtual appointments! I have had a persistent cough since an asthma flare 2-3 months ago. I logged in last Sunday afternoon and made my 2pm Monday appointment in minutes. Logged in at 1:55pm the next day, their awesome nurse practitioner was on at 2:03pm, she really listened, and my prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy within 20 minutes of our video call ending. The staff is so sweet, patient and helpful. They had to stay late on a Friday to finish our visit, and they did not seem to mind at all. They did their job with a smile and compassion! Really appreciated it!

Today I experienced the virtual appointment and it was so smooth and convenient! Nothing compares to sitting at home in your pj’s talking to a nurse practitioner getting refills on a few prescriptions!
