Worst service ever! I was bitten by a stray cat while cleaning out a vacant rental property I own. The staff seemed to look down on me because of the situation - you would have thought I already had rabies. They applied a small amount of Neosporin to the wounds WITHOUT CLEANING THEM and sent me on my way. They sent an outrageous bill. It took months before they filed it with my insurance. Even after insurance adjustment it's a ridiculous amount charged for doing basically nothing.
I highly recommend Express Family Care !!!! This staff is wonderful and the Doctors are just as wonderful!!! My son and I had to make a trip there on Monday 7/8 ! It was little scary for my son but everyone made sure he was okay and was very caring and Bedside matter was out of this world !! We will definitely be back for any other needs !!! And will be sharing our visit w everyone I know !!!! Thank you again to the whole office !

This is the best Medical Clinic in the City of Roanoke. When your down & out, they are there to help. The entire Staff are very polite. The Doctors have excellent bed side manors. They don’t treat you as a number. But as a person with different needs. I speak from experience of lots of medical issues. I’ll give them 5 stars all day long. Mark
