I was scheduled an appointment for 11:30 to meet with someone who took their lunch at 11:30. I waited over an hour. I saw the agent I was to meet with. He then left the building for another 25 min. Someone eventually started my documentation process. Finally the individual I was to meet with showed up. I explained my situation, I was told my resume did not fit the job description for the job he was going to recommend. He commented that he was going to change my resume to fit the job description.
