Went through express for employment and man they are the best contract agency i have worked with 20/10
Terrible experience. They market themselves as a company that helps people get jobs, but the attitude I received was judgmental and cold from the start. Instead of trying to help or offer alternatives, they basically brushed me off because I didn’t meet one overly specific requirement. It felt more like being talked down to than being assisted. A real staffing agency would actually work with candidates instead of acting elitist over temporary positions. Customer service and professionalism seriously need work.
Absolutely unprofessional and rude. They advertise themselves as helping people find work, but instead they act arrogant and dismissive the second your experience doesn’t perfectly fit their client’s checklist. The communication was condescending, and they wasted my time just to basically say ‘you’re not good enough.’ For a company that claims to connect people with opportunities, they sure know how to discourage job seekers. Wouldn’t dare very rude very disrespectful! Staff sucks completely got smart because I asked was this a temp service then stated they were a staffing service but wouldn’t staff me any service ! Wouldn’t even give me a chance complete disappointment !!!
