Not really sure what’s happened here in the last few years. When I first moved to Mason City about 6 years ago they were excellent. I had two placements with them. A little over a year ago, I went back - I remember working with someone and saying “I don’t need just any job, I want a job that’s right for me so I can work towards something long term”. They don’t work with you and they don’t care.
It’s pretty sad you stopped giving people 5 vacation days when they earn them a year you make 10-15 dollars a hour on every one of your employees you didn’t even tell them you have a contact will all your employees and you didn’t even hold up your end when you said you were giving them vacation pretty sad
