Awesome service from these guys - emergency call out on a Friday afternoon after my garage door decided to call it quits. Repair techs were there on time and had my door open and operational in no time at all. Salesman came out to quote after we decided it was a good opportunity to upgrade - he also arrived on time, was very helpful and knowledgeable. Their technician arrived promptly and was helpful, but ultimately couldn't fix our issue, instead only measuring for a quote. That quote turned out to be approximately 50% higher than comparable offers we received elsewhere. We ended up feeling charged for what was essentially just an overpriced quotation. Disappointing experience overall.
