Very poor service, I called this company with possible intention to replace my roller door. Technician came to site had very little interest in getting the door back to safety compliant as I had to temporarily fixed the door. He open closed few times and said "I will recommend to service the door and will cost me $200" and door will feel much more smother and less noisy. Signed up for a service, agreed to pay to have door adjusted repaired for additional costs 350.00 plus gst after leaving door went down and fell out of the track, when contacted they said would give a refund as job was to big for them! no refund given as yet and have to wait for another company to actually repair the door! the technician was very nice but couldn’t help. A very bad experience!
Great service from Matt. Quick callout, fixed problem instantly. Described in detail, problem. Garage door working better than ever. Happy with price and instant callout.
Beware! They won’t repair a garage door opener, just replace. Price was about 50% more than others. Poor installation - door had gap at the bottom. Had to set up another visit. Cancelled first time after waiting most of the day and late second time. High price/poor service.
