Incredible service! Was so kind in helping repair my computer, a couple months ago it kept crashing with error codes to the point I couldn't open the settings before it crashed on me. They were very quick with it as well, fixing it in less than 24 hours. I will be returning for anymore technological issues that may arise. Don't search any further, JUST GO HERE! I own a media agency and deal with some higher end clientele creating their marketing and promotional media. I was on a TIGHT deadline after filming a supercar rally to get out sponsor content ( one of, if not the most important videos from this job as it's part of the sponsorship package ) we had a power outage and after Duke restored power my custom editing PC would only go to the dreaded "black screen w/t cursor" I spent $300 on parts ( new RAM ) and 3 days watching hours of YouTube... read more
The only pc repair in the USA as far as I'm concerned. He helped me out in a tough situation and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about my PC problem. Service was fast and affordable and transparent! I Can't recommend enough!
I could not have had a better experience anywhere. We recently moved here and my computer just died. We took it to Steve and he found that my mother board was fried. He was able to remove all my data and loaded it on a flash drive. He then transferred it all to my laptop. He took extra time to explain everything as well as returned my old hard drive. I would recommend them for their expertise, promptness, prices and friendliness. Will definitely use them when needed.
