The only pc repair in the USA as far as I'm concerned. He helped me out in a tough situation and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about my PC problem. Service was fast and affordable and transparent! I Can't recommend enough!
I could not have had a better experience anywhere. We recently moved here and my computer just died. We took it to Steve and he found that my mother board was fried. He was able to remove all my data and loaded it on a flash drive. He then transferred it all to my laptop. He took extra time to explain everything as well as returned my old hard drive. I would recommend them for their expertise, promptness, prices and friendliness. Will definitely use them when needed.
Steve is a great guy. He is honest and his repairs are done quickly & fairly priced. Steve has a great heart for all the people in the Wilkes community. I am blessed to call him friend.
I was going to try and upgrade my laptop myself because I thought it was going to be too expensive to have a professional do it. I'm SO glad I called Steve instead! He replaced my fan, removed the old thermal paste and applied new, put in a new SSD and transferred everything onto it. On top of that I had the wrong RAM and he threw in an 8gb stick of his own too. All of it was half of what I thought it would cost. Will definitely return and refer everyone I know to him!
