I was referred to Express Comfort Heating and Air, LLC by American Home Shield. The owner of the company came to my home and conveniently found reasons to have my claim denied by American Home Shield. I asked for a second opinion, and the other company promptly came out and approved my claim. I think the owner of Express Comfort Heating and Air, LLC is acting unscrupulously. Assigned to me via American Home Shield. I am extremely disapoointed with this company - not because they made an erroneous recommendation, (which they did, as explained by three separate and reputable companies), but because of their doubling and tripling down on it when confronted with it and their refusal to make it right. Also, customer service via text message is not my idea of customer service, particularly when the customer has an issue. Great service and customer focus. Got us up and running in no time. Called back to make sure everything was still running as we expected.
I would leave one star if I could. They were dispatched for service by american home shield and now I can't get them to answer to phone to set up the follow up service call to actually make the repair. It goes straight to voice mail. I have tried for six days in the 95 degree heat. Terrible. I would give zero stars if I could.
