Brought my mom in for a appointment. The receptionist was very friendly.
I have been here three times in the past year or two. my first experience was good. The last two not so much. The front desk ladies are great! super friendly . Nurse is ok the doctor i had the last two times .. not so much. I belive her name started with a T .. maybe tracey? Very rude and snippy, makes you feel dumb. Didn’t really help with my last visit much at all. I will most likely be not returning and going to standford !
I was charged almost $300 for them to remove ear wax for my daughter. I wasn’t informed that this was something I would be charged for. I tried to challenge it but they refused to change their minds. I will never be going back.
Doctor Kropp was the best. Fast and easy and out of there in 10 mins. Thank you for the easiest walk in.
