Did not give a receipt and now leading to family being double charged, think twice and make sure you have all your paperwork if you use this company. As far as I know dishonest and costing disabled people money they dont have.
I’m very disappointed with my experience with this company. The salesman who came to take the measurements gave us incorrect information and forgot to order some of the required materials. Because of his mistakes, the workers could not finish the job, and we had to stop the installation and wait until the remaining items were ordered. On top of that, he ordered the wrong materials, which caused even more delays and problems. Absolutely recommend these guys. Hadi is very knowledgeable and we bought great material from him and his installers Sonny and his brother are the absolute BEST! They have done a great job on two of our houses both times
My husband and I stopped by to look at flooring. Rob showed us many options. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient. We decided to have him come out to measure our space the following day. Prices were extremely reasonable. The installation team worked quickly and meticulously. I am so glad we decided to give our business to Express Carpet & Flooring! I highly recommend this place.
Very poor service and took all day long and am hoping that they finish today!!!
