This special clinic is full of competent, compassionate, and caring individuals from the front staff, to the providers, and everything in between. I’m a mom of four and they gladly receive us all in at the same time(everytime), get tested, and treated within minutes! I trust these intelligent individuals! I entrust my whole family and friends care to them! They want to find an answer as to why we have concerns and not just a diagnosis and move on to the next patient. They listen! They care! I've been to Express Care West MANY times over the past 7 years, and have had nothing but the best care! All of the staff are friendly and accommodating, and the nurse practitioners are the BEST (especially Joy Cleveland)!
If I could give a zero I would! Nothing against the ladies because they were pleasant. Dr. Fox was overly rude and hateful. I've never seen anyone in the medical field that mean. My BP was extremely high due to pain and he said that I should see my doctor about it. I had trouble picking pennies up off of a table, due to chronic nerve damage in my hands. He was just yelling after everything he told me to do. I'll never go back there again
Update: I was contacted by Bill Cleveland whom is the owner, Bill has shown himself to be a man of integrity and is pursuing all angles to bring a resolution to this issue with Dr. Fox, He is going above and beyond in many aspects for which I am very grateful and this review shall evolve as measures are taken, Bill has been encouraging to me as he has shown me there are still good folks in this world that carry themselves with dignity and a proffesional manner.
