Went to Express Care before Christmas because of a chronic cough. The receptionist was very pleasant and wait time not too bad. A Nurse Practitioner came in and evaluated me and said I probably had the start of a sinus infection and an antibiotic was in order. (nothing for cough). I asked her to review my records because I had the same thing less than a year ago and antibiotics weren't enough at that time. 2nd time I walk in and basically get pushed out the door. At 4:50pm today I was asked if I had symptoms, I said no it was something else and was told there was a 4 hour wait, the part that gets me is there was not hardly any cars in the parking lot like there usually is. She was very short with me and very unwelcoming. I get people have covid and I respect that but not all patients are covid patients.
