I am unsure of where to begin, but the entire visit was a fiasco from start to finish. Firstly, I value punctuality, thus I was at the office shortly after they opened - in hopes I would be in and out, since there was only a couple people in front of me. Not the case... If I could give this facility a ZERO star rating - I would. They moved to a nice new location, and I had been a regular when they were located in the Walmart plaza with NO issues, ever. However today I had a run in with a completely incompetent and disrespectful “doctor” - if you can even call him that. I arrived prior to the doors being unlocked; 8:58. I walked inside at 9:02 and proceeded to wait in the lobby for half an hour. At 9:30 they walked me back to a room and told me the “DR” would be right In. However, at 10:15, ... read more

RecommendedExcellent customer service and was so fast. I explained I was in a rush due to needing to return to work and they were so understanding. I got in and out within 15-20 minutes for a very simple issue but I did not feel as if I was being rushed and still took time to hear my symptoms and current medical conditions. I will 100% always use them in the future.
RecommendedI was not able to see my PCP until the next day. The wonderful staff at Express Care had me right in and feeling better quickly. Would recommend them to anyone needing to feel better.
