27 July 2026 I opted to go to this clinic opposed to the VAMC. I rolled my ankle on 10 July 2026. All I told her was the injury was not trauma based because she asked if the bruise was due to a fall. these are my clinical notes, not your diary on how you feel about me being “a bit of a historian” when asked about my history?
