I have been here several times and every single time I am so disappointed. The staff just wants you in and out and does not actually help. Yesterday I went here wanting to be swabbed for several different respiratory sicknesses so I could get to the bottom of why I have been increasingly sick for a week. Was only swabbed for strep… it was also a bit concerning when the doctor came in and stated that it was good I didn’t have a fever and that it was only 98. This place is a joke. The staff and the doctors let their egos get in the way of providing actual care. Pretty sure my rights were violated in my last visit will be launching a formal complaint. A corporate complaint and maybe more.
They gave my son a prescription for his poison ivy, happy for that, but they made him wrap his arm himself!!! Handed him a couple big wraps and some tape and pretty much, have at it. REALLY It took 2 hours and another call to the office to get the prescription submitted!!!
They never know what they’re talking about here, so don’t waste your time unless you just need medicine. They sent me home with just medicine and couldn’t even diagnose if I had a spider bite or not.. Just do yourself a favor and go to an actual doctor.
Pretty much the worst service I have ever gotten. Was extremely rude didn't consider my health or general over all well being at all. Pretty much told me that they're not giving me any pain pills. Which I never asked for I just wanted to be able to walk. Then I came to an actual hospital and they found a blood clot in my leg. Not everyone is trying to get pills out you people. Yall should do better.
