Careful. They are not honest. Was lied to multiple times and somehow turned it back on me? The owner is wildly inappropriate and has no business speaking to customers. Don’t trust them with your vehicle.
I stopped in to see if they could mount a couple of tires for me. Even tho' they were busy, they worked them in for me. Very reasonable price, the guys unloaded & loaded for me. Great people. Had tried to get it done at Walmart in Cottonwood the day before and was told No. One mechanic asked another if they could do them & he yelled "Noooo" from across the shop. Opposite of Express Auto, they were rude & very unprofessional about it.
Huge job replacing my entire engine. Roger was amazing, helpful during the process, and always very friendly. He kept me updated, and worked with me throughout the long process.
My tuck started to give me problems. I was able to make it to there shop, and I am so grateful it’s the shop I ended up at. They were great to work with, didn’t want to do work just to make money. And the helped me out when we realized I would have to have my truck towed. Thanks to everyone that works at express automotive.
So a few months ago my check engine light came on so of course I took it to a dealer to have a look at it. They did a diagnostic on my car and said that I needed 2 new Catalytic converters it's not what I really went in for I was having trouble with my battery the connections kept coming loose so anyway so then I had a more expensive problem to solve And yeah they were going to charge me almost $2000 for just one of the Catalytic converters.
