Godwin, one of the managers of Express Auto Wash Kamloops which is located in/beside NationWide Self Storage Kamloops is fantastic. Amazing customer service from both him and the lady at the front desk! I had an issue with my monthly platinum membership subscription for car washes, and they corrected it immediately. Every time I’ve taken my car to this car wash, it has come out still dirty.
We recently visited and had the pleasure of being helped by John. I believe he may be fairly new to the team but did such an outstanding job. He took the time to thoroughly spray down the vehicles before they entered the wash and was ontop of everything going on. Thank you John for helping us out and taking pride in the work you do. We will be back!
I think I like it as it takes only a few minutes to wash the car. They provide vacuum as well. However if you are a bit OCD, I think you will still need to wash manually for some corners
Mandy is always so careful to make sure our vehicle is clean. She is friendly and efficient and always engages with the kids in the vehicle, spraying their windows and smiling and waving at them. We love when Mandy is working. And the vehicle comes clean!
