I've tried every range of wash but the vehicle never actually comes out clean. Even the windshield stays a bit dirty; for the top price that at least should be free of any smears and dirt.
I had a fantastic experience at this car wash! The staff were friendly and professional, and the service was top-notch. The silver membership was great deal. I truly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality and value. Will definitely be coming back!
Went here for the first time with my family as we’re from Ontario and just recently moved to Kamloops. There was no line up, GREAT. What everyone wishes for! We pay for a gold wash with rain repel which came to $19.75. Honestly what did I just pay for? We’re extremely disappointed and won’t be going back to this car wash. Clearly didn’t clean the back of our vehicle. Both driver side and passenger side of truck still had splatters of mud under the mirrors as well. I had an excellent experience today at the car wash. My side mirrors don’t automatically retract and one of the workers, I think her name was either Mandy or Brandy offered to meet me at the end of the car wash to put them back out so I could get an optimum car wash. There was also another worker helping with the payment process, and three additional workers spraying down the car before the car wash. This business is a five star!!
Great experience at Express Auto Wash! The place is super clean, quick, and convenient. My car came out sparkling. A special shoutout to Aru, who was so friendly and professional. She even offered me a free wash trial, which was such a nice surprise! Excellent customer service and a really positive experience overall.
