Godwin, one of the managers of Express Auto Wash Kamloops which is located in/beside NationWide Self Storage Kamloops is fantastic. Amazing customer service from both him and the lady at the front desk! I had an issue with my monthly platinum membership subscription for car washes, and they corrected it immediately. The rear window never gets cleaned properly. The front windshield still has bug splatter on it. When you spend $25 on a car wash I would expect it to be super clean.
I think I like it as it takes only a few minutes to wash the car. They provide vacuum as well. However if you are a bit OCD, I think you will still need to wash manually for some corners Really appreciate John and Abdulla’s assistance for any visit. They make me feel so welcomed and my car is well-taken care of. Thank you both a million times
very bad experience! I spend lots of time on getting though the gate. I have monthly payment and every time is not going though！！！ I don’t know why! Every time I have to go to the office to talk with them! I already change my card it’s still not going though! And this time is overcharge! What a stupid system. Not trustable company! One more thing I want get my receipt but there is no paper. They charge me over 60dollar and I don’t even get a receipt !
We purchased a wash on our way out of town after our trip, unsure if we were over the mud allowance. The gentlemen spent quite a long time pre washing us despite a small lineup behind us. He then let us know we were definitely over the mud allowance, despite that he let us go through and he gave us a free wash coupon if we agreed to pre spray next time. Excellent customer service and super kind to two unaware new customers. Will definitely be back (also the car came out super clean)
