I had a fantastic experience at this car wash! The staff were friendly and professional, and the service was top-notch. The silver membership was great deal. I truly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality and value. Will definitely be coming back!
I think I like it as it takes only a few minutes to wash the car. They provide vacuum as well. However if you are a bit OCD, I think you will still need to wash manually for some corners Really appreciate John and Abdulla’s assistance for any visit. They make me feel so welcomed and my car is well-taken care of. Thank you both a million times
Went here for the first time with my family as we’re from Ontario and just recently moved to Kamloops. There was no line up, GREAT. What everyone wishes for! We pay for a gold wash with rain repel which came to $19.75. Honestly what did I just pay for? We’re extremely disappointed and won’t be going back to this car wash. Clearly didn’t clean the back of our vehicle. Both driver side and passenger side of truck still had splatters of mud under the mirrors as well. I've tried every range of wash but the vehicle never actually comes out clean. Even the windshield stays a bit dirty; for the top price that at least should be free of any smears and dirt.
Great experience at Express Auto Wash! The place is super clean, quick, and convenient. My car came out sparkling. A special shoutout to Aru, who was so friendly and professional. She even offered me a free wash trial, which was such a nice surprise! Excellent customer service and a really positive experience overall.
