Dre was my sales rep and he was helpful. He answered all of my calls in a timely fashion. I was able to get almost all of the process completed before coming in to pick up the vehicle.
I came in to purchase a vehicle explained I’ve never made payments and wasn’t interested in making payments unless I was able to get the car I wanted Dre made that possible for me now I’m a proud owner of my jeep 🥰
They don't let you talk to who you make an appointment with, pushy, don't give any options....they are also bad with updating and returning phone calls

Misleading information, very disrespectful. Poor customer service. Applied for financing online, received phone call from customers relations manager stated I was approved with 0 down and 6% rate no documents required to bring. Get there. All words changes. 21.5% rate. 2,750 down. Paystups. Documents required. Customer relations manager turned out is not manager, just title. Clear misrepresentations violation
