Be more responsible. Customer service sucks. They cover for their theives in the service dept by posting a disclaimer to remove everything from your car. I had my GPS and items stolen from my glovebox when they were working on my stinking tires and breaks. What in the world were they doing in my glovebox and how can someone just rip a GPS out of a car and no one sees it? yes I was a little nervous because I have bad credit bethanie she did all she could and Beyond to get me in a 2012 Chevy Impala knowing that I was not going to be qualified but like I said she got me qualified so she got me a 2012 impala so if you are in need of a car go to Express Auto and ask for bethanie she's the greatest
