Bought my car end of Jan has been in shop 5 times now this time it's been 2 weeks and I have to call to figure out what's wrong with it cuz nobody answers the phone so I gotta call all these numbers to figure out when I'll get it back and then they tell me they don't know what's wrong with it... then they give me a loner and it sucks on has so I call to try finding out if I can switch and i can't even get a call back
