These people took advantage of a loyal customer. My father is a regular customer for years. My father takes his truck for maintenance and always finds another problem to repair shortly afterwards. His truck has 99 thousand miles and is rarely driven. He took his truck in for a new noise he hears they tell him he needs a new motor. They tell him there’s metal in the oil pan and keeps his truck for about two months and charges him $12,000.. I can bet my life that this mechanics ripped my father off. My father has been a loyal customer of this shop for years. He's older and relies on professionals to guide him, so he brings his truck in regularly even though he hardly drives his truck.
