For some reason the bank I was refinancing with decided to go with this company. I live in Orange County in a nice neighborhood. This appraisal company is in Bellflower. If you live in Orange County do not use this appraiser. He knows nothing about property value in Orange County. If your bank chooses them, make sure you get an appraiser from Orange County and not from a tore down neighborhood like Bellflower. Home values in Bellflower are much lower than Orange County.
