Horrible Service! Went for an alteration and had to go 3 times to get it “ right” no apologies ever and charged like if I had purchased 3 other new dresses for a horrible horrible hem! never expected this service and paid a fortune. I do not recommend this place at all.
Service is glacially slow.
I came in a week before a wedding with a dress that was way too tight around the chest and the tailors at Ace Tailors did a beautiful job! They are all so kind and made the experience so easy:)

Had a pretty unsavory experience with this place. I brought two dresses to be altered a few months ago. I paid a premium for them to guarantee that they would be ready in 3 weeks. On the day they were set to be ready, I called to confirm pickup and they confirmed one dress was ready, but not the other. When I picked up both dresses, the dress with a stripe pattern didn’t match up to the pattern and the other dress was not altered at all!
