There were several problems with delivery of a container on 9/18/2012, specifically: 1. The container was promised at 8am but didn't arrive until 10:30. 2. When the container arrived the driver stated that he must obtain a weight certificate before the container could be loaded, this despite the fact that the tare weight of the container is prominently displayed on the rear door.
