I lived here at Residences at River Park West for 7 years and had to take the apartment complex to court over a roach infestation. From 2023–2025 my unit had a serious cockroach problem that management repeatedly failed to fix despite multiple maintenance requests. The situation became so bad that I filed a Repair and Remedy case in Justice Court.
