I have been going to this salon for over 10+ years. Unfortunately today is my last. I have always made an appointment and each one has always followed through. Not today. I was scheduled for 1:30pm. I knew I was going to run 5 minutes late due to unexpected traffic. So I called as I still had 10 minutes before my appointment started to let them know I was going to be AT LEAST 5 minutes late. Do not get your haircut here!! They are rude and give unwarranted opinions. I asked for a specific cut and showed a picture , the lady told me the cut wouldn’t look good on me and I should just do something else. I politely told her I wanted this specific cut and I’ve had short hair before. She refused and told me I wouldn’t be able to maintain it. She said I should just get layers and be ok with that.
