Had the worst time dealing with Keni and Jayden. They try to pressure you into paying the first and last when they have not even spoke to the landlord. After speaking with the landlord they go back on the offer and try to get you to pay 6 months up front with no legal basis for demanding to do so. They are crooks and you should be very careful dealing with them.
