Came here bout 8 weeks ago for two ear lobe piercings and two helix pierced. They healed fantastic, the piercer he was very professional, kept everything sterile and did amazing! Just came back today and got the girls pierced and another earlobe. He was very professional, asked if i felt safe there or if wanted someone here in room, the girls when he pierced was very painless. No where near the amount of pain i thought would be. i went and got my lip pierced, it was pierced wrong, i’ve been in pain and discomfort since, unfortunately, i have to get it taken out, i’ll have to wait for it to heal, and get it pierced properly elsewhere. i will not be returning to expo later in the future. very disappointed.

I’ve went to the same piercer for the past thirteen years or more. He did my eyebrow, nose, belly button, third eye, and septum. I came in to get help with putting in my septum. I was told he would be in at noon, I waited in the parking lot for two hours and came back in and was told that he went somewhere “real quick.” I was waiting for roughly 20 to 30 minutes before one of the staff realized he had been sitting in the back the entire time. I took my oldest here who is only 12, to get her eyes double pierced and all the staff, especially the piercer, Chris (I think that was his name) were amazing from start to finish. They walked her and I through every step of the piercing. I would recommend using them! I will use them again when my youngest wants hers repierced! Great experience!!!!
