I got my snake eye and my ball has fell out the whole time I had it I bought 3 more ball and they fell out so I been calling for 2 weeks nobody never there I hate it. Very bad customer service to have only one piercer
DONT GET PIERCED HERE! The OWNER. just pierced my septum and it’s WAY too low. Didn’t talk through it, just clean, clamp needle 321 go. Also got my friends ear piercings infected. Just please don’t go here. (also over priced) Edit- July 2026 DONT GO HERE STILL I recommend west union in west des moines or pink elephant in ankeny!!
lol thought I’d come on here to share my experience with expo and why I haven’t been there. tongue piercing got messed up here and never healed, but the cherry on top was my smiley that I had for 4 (going on 5!!!) years. I had them switch out the jewelry for me and the same night the balls fell out and I couldn’t get them back in… I just took it out. I won’t ever come back to this crapshoot. The prices are ridiculous for the amount of professionalism they give you… I’m convinced they hire just anybody
Do not and I repeat do not go here to get pierced. My eyebrow piercing was pierced so shallow, when I went in to downsize the bar was still sticking out heavily. I’d have to get a custom made 4mm bar after 6 weeks… they don’t sell that small of bars. Really unprofessional altogether. I asked if it was healing ok and it’s so obviously rejected but she couldn’t even admit that to me. Mind you the image is AFTER downsizing with a 6mm bar!
I asked one question and it seemed like it made her blow a fuse. Legit started breathing heavy. Well, yes I get theres no returns, but I asked for a specific size and you showed me the wrong ones. How is that my fault? Kind of disappointed the jewelry was cool, but I'm definitely not gonna keep wasting my money if I'm not gonna be shown the right size..
