I call the Expo office quite often and Matthew Fernandez is always so patient and helpful! Quick responses and resolution. Em is also outstanding!
I don’t leave reviews, but this feels appropriate. I received a $335 from my deposit after I moved out. The deposit was on “accident” so Expo reached out and charged me $335, so we’d be even. After I paid the balance, Expo went and canceled the deposit check to me. This was after being charged over $1000 in cleaning fees for dust on top of the refrigerator…the only proof provided to justify the cleaning charge. WORST MANAGEMENT TEAM EVER!!! Kyle disrespected me multiple times on the phone, not acknowledging my definite concerns for my safety and and not listening to me at all, he kept interrupting me after I told him continuously to stop and listen to me. He kept calling me “ma’am” which to most wouldn’t be an issue, but after telling me repeatedly please stop calling me that he denied and kept going. SAFETY CONCERN! Today Aug 7, 2025, I saw a homeless walked out from parking garage door next to office, 5 mins he was outside then walked back entering the building through parking garage, he opened the garage door without key and very easy. How come the door is not locked? I had been calling number posted on office door, a lady called Debbi, said she is security division & security team left at 6 MA so after 6 AM, security is not their job anymore.
