I call the Expo office quite often and Matthew Fernandez is always so patient and helpful! Quick responses and resolution. Em is also outstanding!
I don’t leave reviews, but this feels appropriate. I received a $335 from my deposit after I moved out. The deposit was on “accident” so Expo reached out and charged me $335, so we’d be even. After I paid the balance, Expo went and canceled the deposit check to me. This was after being charged over $1000 in cleaning fees for dust on top of the refrigerator…the only proof provided to justify the cleaning charge.
