The crew that finished the floors were prompt everyday, courtious and you can tell they knew what they were doing. They left garbage here, Im sure by accident but when I called Rob, it was picked up immediately! It was a very smooth and easy process from start to finish!
I had a great experience with Exploring Flooring. I read reviews on Yelp and decided I would give them a try. From the first step in learning about a new vinyl product called COREtec (Robert), to the expertise when the measurements were being taken (Tom), to the final step with installation (thanks Miguel), I am extremely pleased with the process and the results. I heartily recommend this company, and I plan to use them again when I get carpeting.
Ken, the floor installer, did an excellent job. He answered all questions in a knowledgeable manner. Completed the job in the specified time, & the floor looks great. We recommend him highly.
