RecommendedAll the staff are super nice. I got there about 35 minutes before my appointment. Shocked me! They took my car in right away and 45 minutes later on my way to nail saloon then home. Got drenched from the horrible storm we are having. But what’s a bit of water going to do. Melt me......doubt it......lol
Fantastic customer service, great products, and a phenomenal install team. My car sounds amazing! And they went above and beyond to fix a mistake that was made with the sub box. Ordered a custom android tablet for my Jeep, and has a few malfunctions with my wiring because my previous system was custom already. Brought my Jeep in and had Explicit re-wire and do my back up camera. Work was flawless, affordable, professional, and quick! Highly recommend Explicit for all custom work, and anything sound related! Made my next appointment for my rock lights today and couldn’t be anymore pleased! This shop really knows what they’re doing and their customer service is one in a million!

Just left Explicit Customs and I couldn’t be more pleased with their tinting service! I went with the ceramic tint because of Bluetooth etc... The guys there are so knowledgeable and professional! They went over how to care for my tint and lifetime warranty! I will be going back for audio next. My Dodge Journey was overdue to get its windows retinted, They recommended Explicit Customs on 192 which was about 10 min from my work. Making an appointment was easy but, to my surprise, they went out of their way with customer service. I had to leave my car there for it to get worked on, but they were nice enough to drop me off at work. With a busy mom schedule its nice to have that little extra help. Their showroom and garage were extremely clean and well kept, at no point did I feel uncomfortable around anyone. Great job... read more
