My rugs were picked up (hours after they said they would) Saturday. It is now Friday and despite 3 emails and a what’s app message NO ONE will get back to me on where my rugs are.

I called this company to have my rug cleaned we agreed on a price and a pickup for Tuesday, but they never showed up. I texted to follow up and was completely left in limbo with no response. I waited five days, and by then my rug had developed a bad odor from sitting too long. Thankfully, I found another company that’s been in business much longer and handled everything promptly. Pésimo servicio, no costestan las llamadas, no entiendo porque colocan un número de contacto, si cuando entra la llamada, le cuelgan a uno. Llevare mi dinero a otro lado, de verdad ni ganas me dan de ir a un lugar que desde la primera impresión, es negativa. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
