From the moment I called them,I was relieved.my 2015jeep was making a weird flapping sound in the back somewhere and even the dealer I bought it from didn't know what it was.these guys at expert found the problem and got me on the road.i think the owners name is Steve butight be wrong.he was a really nice man to work withe and I so greatly appreciate it.need anything done to your vehicle,go to these guys.theyll get.you taken care of.
RecommendedWe recently had some car trouble from having our oil changed at Walmart. They drained our transmission fluid instead of our oil. Shawn was able to figure all this out in less then 15 minutes. He was willing to help us out so much and he is truly appreciated! He went above and beyond to help us and figure out how to get everything done and explained everything to us so we knew what was going on! Very honest and so helpful! I would recommend them any day!

We had been having continual problems with out 2010 Town and Country 4.0 transmission. We went to a different shop to have the cooler lines replaced and was told that would fix it. When we brought it to Shawn in Decatur we were working with out best guess on the problem. He was very kind and patient with my wife and I and all our questions. I believe Shawn test drove my vehicle and knew it wasn't a transmission problem but something else. With a few things he recommended me to check it turns out it was the fuel filter that caused the problem. They were honest and very helpful. Thank you!

Expert just repaired my 2015 Ford Transit van. Kelley Ford refused to repair it. They quoted me a price of about $380. to replace spark plugs. Then they calles telling me it also needed valve covers replaced due to stripped bolts and it would now cost about $1175. Almost 4 times the amount. Shawn Binder is so awesome! He had my problem analyzed, and fixed within about 15 minutes!!! Another shop had stated it was something else.. for about a $1000 difference!! I will go to Decatur Expert Transmission every time! Thank you, Shawn!
Highly recommend using for auto repairs. They quickly repaired a major oil leak on my van during holiday week at a very reasonable cost
