I don't believe that Steve Ellis represents his sellers in an honest fashion. We made an offer on one of his listings and he wouldn't even counter offer. Told our agent that once we have our house sold to come back with a "sharper pencil". Our house sold the next week, our agent was assured by Steve that if he had another offer he would let our agent know so that we could make an offer.
