Excellent/friendly fast service. Called at 9:00 pm on Thursday and had someone at the house first thing the next morning. Very knowledgeable and had the problem diagnosed immediately. Very reasonable prices👍🏼

I’ve used Harold and his company on all of my properties. Their honesty and integrity are second to none. They stay in contact through the entire job and continually give updates and photos if needed. We have never had any issues and will continue to use them in the future.
I have been using this company for over 15 years and have never had anything but absolutely fantastic service! They have replaced between my house and business will over a dozen full units. Better than that is that they always try to fix the unit first!!

Our experience with Locke's AC repair was superb! Harold Jr was friendly, thorough and efficient. Our AC was repaired quickly after he thoroughly listened to our concerns and diagnosed the issue. We also recommended this company to a friend whose AC broke down right after the hurricane. He called us to say Harold was great. How do these guys sleep at night...pathetic customer service...how about righting your wrong!!!
I have a friend who was FORCED to deal with this company due to there incompetence. They mistakenly removed his compressor and the entire outside unit from his townhome. He was misinformed about the new units compatibility with the inside air handler, and then told he would have to pay for a new air handler. Then, due to "bad" reviews this company decided to return his old unit. Do NOT deal with these people! If you do, be very very VERY, careful! They will mislead you, ONLY concern is money, not customer satisfaction!
