Save yourself the aggravation, do NOT rent from this company. The entire management team is the most unprofessional, condescending individuals you will ever meet. They are nice enough to get you in the door to sign the lease. After that, all bets are off. Then comes the subpar cheap repairs/appliances, no responses to urgent issues (like having no water), RUDE / sarcastic staff, nothing done about constant parking break ins/vandalism, constant plumbing back ups into the units, etc. I could go on forever. Not really sure why there are so many bad reviews, but I live in North Park and Donna is our property manager and she is amazing. From signing the lease to dealing with maintenance issues, Donna has always been super responsive. Maintenance requests are resolved within a few days and Donna sends out text messages for updates on building maintenance. We've been here for almost a year and we couldn't be more pleased with them.
Chickshit manager Anne-Marie told her I forgot ID & bank cards soon as I got to U-Haul less than one hour after I left. No clean up crew in sight. She said she'd call me if they found it. IF??? I drove back to Hillcrest three hours later (because no call). She said they through everything away & truck already hauled it off
