They clearly tell you the overtime rates over the phone. To be fair if it took them 10 minutes it wasn't an emergency. Your the one who had them come out on overtime instead of scheduling for monday. Won't find a more professional team in tucson.

No 24/7 service The ad of having service available 24/7 is not true. I called today for emergency service at 1:30 pm and was told that they were booked for the day and wouldn't schedule me until Monday. I wouldn't count on them if I were you.

Really go above and beyond! Mike came out to deal with a clogged sewer pipe due to an item being flushed by mistake. He was knowledgeable, courteous, listened to my ideas about the issue, worked with my family to try and find the right solution, and was successful! I was impressed with this company from start to finish and I will DEFINITELY call them in the future!

Extremely reasonable and honest I had a problem with my rear bathroom drain coming up in the shower. I called Expert Plumbing after getting a previous quote. They came and repaired at a 75% lesser price. I had no wait and the work was very effecient and neat. Thanks Expert Plumbing!

Great personalized service. I had them replace my broken water heater. They offered to come after hours and replaced the water heater the same day I called. It really got me out of a bad situation. They were king and courteous and explained the whole process to me. Labor and materials were very reasonable.

Exhorbitant overtime charges. We were charge minimum for overtime, which is $200 over, twice at that, first bill mailed out days apart from second bill leaving us with little chance to avoid a second such exhorbitant over-time charge. Work is not that professional, had to keep calling them back for the same problem which was never traced to its roots and taken care of. Owner with no time to talk to customers.

Expensive overtime labor – Cost us over $200 for ten minutes work. Their policy, 2 hours minimun for overtime and weekends. Over $100 charge per hour.
