Outstanding experience. Every time in the last 4 years I have called expert plumbing heating and electrical I have received the most professional and expert service that is available. Pricing is reasonable and they always try to be out to do service calls on equipment as soon as possible. The latest service call we had with them was the inspiration for writing this review. I am writing to express my displeasure over the rude and terrible treatment received from your firm particularly from Becky. I was deceived and falsely accused of not wanting to pay despite my effort for an amicable resolution. An expert was sent to me and I asked that I would not be charged without being told but the opposite happened and I asked for a review, instead my phone lines were blocked even when I called in to make payment. We manage residential rental units and have been using Expert Plumbing for few years. They have always been professional, fair priced and on time. Yesterday one of my rentals has a main line back up and Joe Mikson was there within an hour to stayed till the job was taken care of. He was wonderful!! Would recommend Expert Plumbing to any and all!!
Had a gushing faucet and called EPH&E and got a call back from Joe almost immediately, he diagnosed the problem over the phone and was at my house in a half hour and finished the job within an hour as quoted. Very quick, efficient, professional, and good pricing. Joe's the man!
Joe did a great job changing the valves for my washer and dryer. I’m requesting him to return to install my bathroom faucet.
