The Dr was rude and wait was long...he offered me no exceptional service or advice
I had a real good experience with the doctor and office personnel. The doctor is soft spoken, caring, and professional who had done my procedure and explained step by step what he was doing through the procedure.
Dr Malhotra is compassionate and takes the time to listen to you. Most office visit are timely. He's consulted with my primary care doctor when needed. I was referred to him as a patient and I am so glad that he is my doctor.
I started seeing Dr. Milhotra a few months ago when my previous pain management doc closed his nearby office. It's always been difficult and awkward for me to change docs; so much so that my GP is over an hour away now but I refuse to find a new, closer one. Dr. Milhotra has, by far, made this transition much easier than any changes I was forced to make in the past.
