Unfortunately, I had really high hopes for them to help me out but it didn't workout. Mainly cause I was ghosted without a follow up and juts plain forgotten. We tried reaching out for additional follow ups with emails and calls never got a call back.
I've had a very disappointing experience with Express One Insurance Agency. Behnaz Ghiasi set me up with a home insurance policy, but when I needed to file a claim, she told me to contact insurance company directly and offered no guidance or support whatsoever. On top of that, when my mortgage company requested proof of insurance, Express One failed to send the documentation-even after multiple follow-ups.
