Had to tell the tech 4 separate times I need my nails short, because I’m a server and can’t have long nails. I wanted short and narrow. After I left and noticed how bad the polish was I immediately went to another salon, showed them what I wanted and he fixed my nails for free. The polish was all over my cuticles (what was left of them anyways) after being drilled down to nothing. Nails were horribly filed, uneven and too thick.
