I met Kevin Carpenter at an appraisal event at Villages Insurance, where I found him to be friendly, very professional, easy to work with, and efficient. He examined my ring with precision, took photos, made measurements and made notes. Several days later, I received a detailed report and professional appraisal by email. I will certainly use Mr Carpenter to appraise several more pieces of jewelry in the near future.
