Called several times to confirm appt date and time. No one returned calls. Yesterday he arrived after time previously requested. She was told I need him to be there no later than 4.30pm and ready to start cause I have appointment at 6 pm. He arrived at 5:30pm without calling to confirm he was on the way earlier. This is sloppy service. I turned him away because 30 minutes was not sufficient time for him to inspect or discuss insulation work. I am not paying because you dropped the ball on this one.
